Live a language experience
Our students’ age ranges from 11 to 18 years old. Our students are not absolute beginners as they have been learning English for some time now. During the course, the students will be split up into groups, depending on their linguistic competence. There will be 10 to 12 students in each group.
At Ibe-ex we know for a fact that the best way to make progress in your command of the language is by doing an immersion course, that is, attending lessons and staying with a host family . At Ibe-ex, banking on our long standing experience, we do strike a balance between lessons and leisurely activities.
Living the language and fostering real communication in English are key, that is why we do scatter our students around assorted villages in North Devon, avoiding thus the presence of too many students in the same village.
Our students come from all over the Basque country Our methodology nurtures communication so that our lessons can be vibrant and dynamic . we do also gear our students up for the Cambridge University exams (KET, PET, FCE, PROFICIENCY).
